  • My first time there I was hesitant about joining only because I was afraid of losing muscle mass as I was weightlifting for 3 years. After a 6 week program Kelly at Iron Flag not only got me stronger in many different workouts but I started to gradually gain muscle definition as well! She taught me a lot about workouts that I have never even heard of at my regular gym. So if you are looking for a great cardio workout and a great coach to make sure your doing your excersises correctly. Crossfit is definitely the right fit for you!
